From The Director

We have always wanted to have a working gallery as apart of our church C3TrueNorth.  Having just

finished making our new space presentable we now have the opportunity to make this happen.

Our first exhibition is currently showing students work from Collin College. The next exhibition

beginning Saturday August 1st 2009 will be a collection of local arts. thegallery8680  will accommodate

exhibiting artists who are currently working to express fresh ideas in an intelligent and well executed

manner.  We have a clear and compelling mission to acquire, exhibit, and preserve both modern

and contemporary art. thegallery8680  seeks to serve a broad and far-reaching audience, and be

recognized locally as a vital and energetic cultural gathering place and as an indispensable

educational resource for the community. work accepted for exhibition will be promoted using artists

data base and  thegallery8680 data base using internet, press and any other available source. 

We invite all artists to be a part of a fresh evolving unconventional art base.
